Common use of Small Arms and Light Weapons Clause in Contracts

Small Arms and Light Weapons. The Parties shall cooperate and ensure coordination, complementarity and synergy in their efforts to fight against the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons, including their ammunition, at all relevant levels, and agree to continue a regular political dialogue, including in the multilateral framework. This cooperation shall be implemented by the Parties in full compliance with the existing international agreements and UN Security Council resolutions, as well as their commitments within the framework of other international instruments applicable in this area to which the Parties adhere. Both Parties are convinced in this regard of the value of the ATT.
