Small Business Contracts. If this Contract is a Small Business Contract (as defined in in Schedule 2, Section 23 of the (a) in the circumstances and to the extent practicable, provide a reasonable opportunity for the Supplier to remedy a default under clause 13.4; (b) act reasonably in exercising its rights under clause 8.5; and (c) reduce proportionately any obligation of the Supplier to indemnify the Company to the extent that the Company’s breach or negligence contributed to the loss or damage.
