SMARTCHANGE. Subject to Clause 16.3, SmartChange is open to all Principal Cardmembers issued with Cards (excluding such cards as we may from time to time determine at our sole absolute discretion) and whose Designated Account(s) are in good standing with us (as determined by us in our absolute sole discretion). You acknowledge and agree that in participating in SmartChange, you shall be bound by such terms and conditions governing SmartChange as may be relevant.
