Smartphones & Tablets. Proposer to provide to the ACC a total of four (4) smart phones (iPhones or similar) and a total of four (4) tablet computers (iPad or similar) as selected by ACC. Smartphones and tablets shall include applicable cellular data/Wi-Fi connection capabilities and Proposer to pay for costs of equipment and associated data plans, and bi-annual upgrades/replacements.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store County PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the County Information Security Office.
