Common use of SNDAs Clause in Contracts

SNDAs. Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain SNDAs from each of the tenants occupying more than fifteen percent (15%) of the net rentable area of the Property within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date.

SNDAs. Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain SNDAs from the three (3) largest tenants of the Property and each of the tenants occupying more than fifteen ten percent (1510%) of the net rentable area of the Property within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date.
