Common use of SNH TRS agrees Clause in Contracts

SNH TRS agrees. (i) to sign promptly all applications for permits, licenses, and certificates necessary for the use, operation and management of the Facility required by any Governmental Authority and all cost reports and other submissions for reimbursement or other payments related to the goods and services furnished to patients and Residents at the Facility and (ii) to provide promptly such information and perform such acts as are required in order for Manager to complete any such application and/or obtain and/or maintain any such permits, licenses, or certificates and/or prepare, complete and/or file any such cost reports or other submissions for payments related to the goods and services furnished to patients and Residents at the Facility.
