SNH TRS’s Right To Inspect. SNH TRS or its employees, representatives, lenders or agents shall have access to the Facility and the files, books, accounts, and records of Manager related to the Facility at any and all reasonable times during usual business hours for the purpose of inspection or showing the Facility to prospective purchasers, investors, Residents or mortgagees.
