Promptly after the date of this Agreement, the Parties shall jointly notify the Social and Economic Council and the relevant Dutch trade unions of the Offer in accordance with the provisions of the Social and Economic Council Merger Regulation for the protection of employees (SER-Besluit Fusiegedragsregels 2015), if and to the extent applicable.
