Social Media Use. Soul Machines hereby grants Customer a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive and license (with the right to sublicense) subject to the terms of this Agreement, to copy, store, modify for the purpose of formatting for display, and reproduce Social Media Content for the purposes of showing, issuing copies to the public, or publishing Social Media Content, in whole or in part, on Social Media Platforms only during the Subscription Term. The license is revocable at any time by Soul Machines and is subject to all restrictions designated in this Agreement or any applicable Order Form, and Soul Machines may, in its discretion, require the removal of any Social Media Content from any Social Media Platform at any time. In the event Soul Machines determines that any Social Media Content should be removed from any Social Media Platform, Customer will (and will require that its Permitted Users, End Users and sublicensees will) take all steps necessary to remove or disable access to such Social Media Content. Neither Customer nor Permitted Users may sublicense this license on terms less onerous than those provided under this Agreement. Use of the Social Media Content must not breach the user agreement of any Social Media Platforms used, or infringe any third party rights or breach any obligations of confidence, privacy or any other laws. Customer agrees and acknowledges that Soul Machines and/or its Affiliates and/or their licensors own and retain all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Social Media Content.
Social Media Use o Children under will not have personal social media accounts. o Parents will have access to children's social media accounts, including passwords. o We will review and understand privacy settings on all social media platforms we use.
Social Media Use. You acknowledge and agree that you will be held responsible for everything posted on and linked to your profile on social media and networking sites like Facebook, among others. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes statements, comments, and photos. You agree to refrain from posting any content or images that indicate a violation of your host country laws, the laws of your home country or Nacel Australasia’s rules, as well as any content or images that are perceived as obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful or hurtful to the reputation of another person. You agree to refrain from any online activity that could compromise your safety or the safety and privacy of your host family. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes communicating or meeting with strangers, posting any information that could be used to identify your or your host family’s identity or location, including as to full names, address, phone number, bank and credit card information. You acknowledge and agree that any of these actions may result in disciplinary procedures such as a warning or probation, and may lead to dismissal from the Program.
Social Media Use. The use of social media, including but not limited to blogs, online forms, wikis, social media sites, etc., may occur in the classroom for educational purposes. Users of social media are digital citizens and should follow the guidelines outlined for being a responsible user. Students must follow the Student Code of Conduct when using social media and the following rules.
a. Social media should only be used when instructed by a classroom teacher or building principal.
b. Never post material that is obscene, objectionable, inappropriate and/or harmful to minors, or that threatens, defames or harasses any individual or group of people.
c. Never post confidential information about any person or yourself. If any personal information is shared, consider that information to be public for anyone to see.
d. Never post false information or information as another user.
e. Never post information that violates privacy, intellectual property, or copyright.
Social Media Use. RTMS Drama has an Instagram account (@rtmsdrama) and occasionally the teacher posts pictures online that are taken in class. Please circle the appropriate answer below.
Social Media Use. Students must conduct themselves appropriately at all times when using social media, regardless of their location or the device being used. Any inappropriate comments, videos, memes, blogs, podcasts, etc., or otherwise hurtful remarks towards others, including inappropriate remarks towards one's age, race, or gender is prohibited.

The following uses for social media are prohibited while living at Urbanest: • Making comments or posting material that might be considered racial, defamatory, bullying, threatening or harassing. • Use or disclosure of any confidential information about Urbanest. • Sharing specific personal information regarding Urbanest team members on any social media platforms. • Making any comment or posting material that might cause damage to the Urbanest brand and reputation. • The posted material may be removed from social media and disciplinary actions apply for non-compliance.
