Social Security Insurance. Executive acknowledges that he has been informed of the existing social security protection and the apportionment of premiums, as described further in Section 4(c) above. Social Security Insurance. The City shall provide all necessary employer contributions for social security insurance as provided by law for those employees ineligible to participate in the City retirement program.

Social Security Insurance. The contributions for social security (such as compulsory old-age, disability and unemployment insurance) shall be charged to the Company and to the Executive Manager in compliance with any statutory requirements under Swiss law.   • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. In case any class of employee is not protected under the workers’ compensation laws for any reason, Contractor shall provide adequate coverage as shall be necessary for the protection of such employees. Prior to commencement of the Work, Contractor shall sign and file with District a certification regarding insurance for workers’ compensation in accordance with Labor Code Section 1861.

  • Disability Insurance The Company shall maintain, at its cost, supplemental renewable long-term disability insurance as agreed to by the Company and the Executive.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance and Flood Insurance Policies (a) For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicers under the related Servicing Agreements to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the related Servicing Agreements.   • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.
