Social Security Numbers and Personal Information. When personal information is requested of an employee by the Employer, such information shall be held in confidence and in a secure location by the Employer. If unauthorized persons do obtain Social Security Numbers or personal information, the Employer will take immediate steps to contain and retrieve the information, including steps to prevent further unauthorized access.
