If the moisture content exceeds five and three tenths (5.3) percent, the weight to be paid for will be the gross weight of the Sodium Chloride minus twice the weight of the excess moisture computed as follows: M=Percent of moisture to the nearest 0.5 percent based on oven dry weight.
