SOFTBANK INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION. On or prior to the Establishment Date, SOFTBANK shall subscribe for 10,000 shares of Common Stock, representing a one-hundred-percent (100%) Company Interest, for an aggregate purchase price of Yen500,000,000.
