Software Activation. The Software may use your internal network and Internet connection for the purpose of transmitting license-related data at the time of installation, registration, use, or update to an Altova Master License Server and validating the authenticity of the license-related data in order to protect Altova against unlicensed or illegal use of the Software and to improve customer service. Activation is based on the exchange of license related data between your computer and the Altova Master License Server. You agree that Altova may use these measures and you agree to follow any applicable requirements. You further agree that use of license key codes that are not or were not generated by Altova and lawfully obtained from Altova, or an authorized reseller as part of an effort to activate or use the Software violates Altova’s intellectual property rights as well as the terms of this Agreement. You agree that efforts to circumvent or disable Altova’s copyright protection mechanisms, the License Server, or the Altova Master License Server violate Altova’s intellectual property rights as well as the terms of this Agreement. Altova expressly reserves the rights to seek all available legal and equitable remedies to prevent such actions and to recover lost profits, damages and costs.
Software Activation. Customer acknowledges that the Software is delivered disabled and that it requires a License Key for activation. Customer acknowledges that the Software includes automated functionality by which it transmits license registration data via the Internet to ScienceLogic and/or ScienceLogic’s supplier(s), and Customer agrees to permit such transmission, without interference (including, by way of example, by opening one or more appropriate ports within its network, if necessary), to a license server operated by ScienceLogic or its supplier(s) for purposes of validating the authenticity of such license-related data in order to protect ScienceLogic and its suppliers against software piracy.
Software Activation. Activation associates the use of the Software with a specific device. During activation of the Server Software, the Server Software will send information about the Software and the device to Palisade. This information includes the activation ID and information derived from the hardware configuration but does not include any personally identifiable information about any user. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT TO THE TRANSMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION TO PALISADE AND USE OF SUCH INFORMATION BY PALISADE FOR ACTIVATION PURPOSES. Palisade does not use this information to identify or contact you. After the time allotted for activation expires, your rights to use the Software will be limited until the Server Software is activated. This is to prevent unlicensed use. You can activate the Server Software by Internet (which may happen automatically upon installation if you have a live Internet connection during installation) or by e-mail. Some changes to your computer components or to the Software may require you to reactivate the Server Software. The Client Software does not require activation.

ELPICAL’s Software may use your internal network and Internet connection for the purpose of transmitting license-related data at the time of installation, registration or update to an ELPICAL-operated license server and validating the authenticity of the license-related data in order to protect ELPICAL against unlicensed or illegal use of the Software and to improve customer service. Activation is based on the exchange of license related data between your computer and the ELPICAL license server. You agree that ELPICAL may use these measures and you agree to follow any applicable requirements.
Software Activation. CSI’s Software may use your internal network and Internet connection for the purpose of transmitting license-related data at the time of installation, registration or update to a CSI- operated license server and validating the authenticity of the license-related data in order to protect CSI against unlicensed or illegal use of the Software and to improve customer service. Activation is based on the exchange of license related data between your computer and the CSI license server. You agree that CSI may use these measures and you agree to follow any applicable requirements.

Altova's Software may use your internal network and Internet connection for the purpose of transmitting license-related data at the time of installation, registration, use, or update to an Altova-operated license server and validating the authenticity of the license-related data in order to protect Altova against unlicensed or illegal use of the Software and to improve customer service. Activation is based on the exchange of license related data between your computer and the Altova license server. You agree that Altova may use these measures and you agree to follow any applicable requirements.
Software Activation. Within a reasonable time after the receipt of payment by XXXxxxxx, XXXxxxxx shall issue to Licensee a key (or multiple keys) capable of being used to activate the Software for use by Licensee under the terms of this Agreement during the Commercial Period on the Licensed Number of Development Servers and Licensed Number of Deployment Servers for which payment has been received by JNBridge (interchangeably, "Key" or "Keys"). Licensee acknowledges that, until the Keys are used to activate the Software, the Software is subject to disablement upon expiration of the Trial Term, and that Licensee shall be solely responsible for using the Keys to activate the Software, as further described in the Documentation. JNBridge shall not be liable for Licensee's failure to accomplish the foregoing or for any disablement of the Software due to a failure to accomplish the foregoing. Licensee further acknowledges that, once activated, each particular copy of the Software may not be used on another CPU or server without first being re-activated. Upon written request to JNBridge, Licensee may receive a Key for re-activation of a particular copy of the Software on a new CPU or server from JNBridge. Each such request shall be accompanied by a statement from Licensee certifying that Licensee has erased or, before use of any such Key to reactivate the Software, will erase, the copy of the particular copy of the Software from the CPU or server on which such copy was previously installed. Under no circumstances will JNBridge issue more than two (2) additional Keys for any licensed copy of the Software.

Activation is based on the exchange of License, Limited License or Trial License related data between your Workstation and the Licensor-operated server. You agree that Licensor may use these measures and you agree to follow any applicable requirements.

Directly and/or by way of the Altova LicenseServer, the Software may use your internal network and Internet connection for the purpose of transmitting license-related data at the time of installation, registration, use, or update to an Altova Master License Server and validating the authenticity of the license-related data in order to protect Altova against unlicensed or illegal use of the Software and to improve customer service. Activation is based on the exchange of license related data between your computer, the Altova LicenseServer, if utilized, and the Altova Master License Server. You agree that Altova may use these measures and you agree to follow any applicable requirements. You further agree that use of license files that are not or were not generated by Altova and lawfully obtained from Altova, or an authorized reseller as part of an effort to activate or use the Software violates Altova’s intellectual property rights as well as the terms of this Agreement.
