License Metering. The Software includes a separate License Server that is designed to monitor license compliance in your network. The License Server communicates with all Altova server products installed on your server machines on your network. You permit Altova to use your network for license compliance monitoring and metering and to generate compliance reports that are communicated to Altova from time to time. The License Server must be used and the Software will not function if it cannot communicate with the License Server.

License Metering. Licensor has a built-in license metering module that helps you to avoid any unintentional violation of this Agreement.
License Metering. The Software includes a built-in license metering module that is designed to assist you with monitoring license compliance in small local area networks (LAN). The metering module attempts to communicate with the Altova LicenseServer, if utilized, or other machines on your local area network (LAN). You permit Altova to use your internal network for license monitoring for this purpose. This license metering module may be used to assist with your license compliance but should not be the sole method. Should your firewall settings block said communications, you must deploy an accurate means of monitoring usage by the end user and preventing users from using the Software more than the Permitted Number.
License Metering. WARP IT has no built-in license metering module that helps you to avoid any unintentional violation of this Software License Agreement. WARP IT may use your internal network and computer for license metering between installed versions of the Software.

  • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.

  • License Types The following License Types may be offered with respect to individual Software products or product families. Additional license types may be specified with respect to certain products or product groups as set forth in the Product Specific Terms. The License Type will be specified in an LSDA.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.

  • Licensee Licensee represents and warrants that:
