Software and ApplicationsThe Technology Department reserves the right to audit and remove any software in the student assigned device at any time. The Technology Department may require the installation of software that will have access to personal information stored in the student assigned device.
Software and Applications. 13.1. The Customer agrees that all software, applications and documents provided by TELUS for use in connection with the Services belong to TELUS, its suppliers or licensees and are protected by applicable legislation, including copyright, trademark and patent law. 13.2. Except as otherwise authorized by TELUS or the applicable software licence, the Customer agrees not to: 13.2.1. copy, modify, rent, lend, sell, assign, sub-license, encumber or otherwise transfer, in any manner whatsoever, any right in any software; 13.2.2. distribute software, create derivative works, reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the software; 13.2.3. remove any proprietary notices or labels on or placed in the software; 13.2.4. authorize any other person to engage in any of the foregoing activities.
Software and Applications. EF Academy uses a variety of online services/applications in support of academics, residential life, and student activities. A non-exhaustive list of some of these tools is provided below.

Software and ApplicationsCustomer shall be responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining applications that utilize the Dynamic IP Managed Service. In the event PAETEC provides assistance to Customer, at Customer’s request, regarding these applications, Customer agrees to pay PAETEC for such services on a time and materials basis.
