Software and middleware Upgrades / Updates. According to the definition and requirements of the Software Services (Section 18.5.4 in the Contract), The Supplier shall maintain an on-going process of keeping the systems' components (SW, Firmware, Middleware) up to date. This shall be applied when standards (such as updates in ICAO standards, operating systems, licensing, certifications, etc.), which are applicable to A-VDGS System, are updated or require renewal, in order to keep the system running in full capacity, high performance and operational mode.
