Software License for Updates. Any updates of the On-premise Software provided hereunder are not provided as additional copies. The use of any updates provided by Adobe will be governed by the applicable end user license agreement. Customer’s receipt of updates shall not increase the number of licenses of the On-premise Software licensed to Customer.
