SOFTWARE PLATFORM SETUP. The COOPERATOR shall contract with a qualified software provider to develop the software program in accordance with the requirements under this Agreement. The COOPERATOR shall procure the software provider in accordance with the procurement laws applicable to the COOPERATOR The contract with the software provider will be provided to the DISTRICT for comment prior to execution. The COOPERATOR will provide necessary data, including but not limited to billing, property appraiser, and customer water usage data as needed to the software provider. The COOPERATOR will completean initial outreach and advertising campaign to make its customers aware of the software program.
