Software Quality Assurance. Summit shall perform software quality assurance testing for each Product release, except for patch distribution, beta releases and other releases where the Product is made available prior to full verification.

Software Quality Assurance. LynuxWorks shall develop all software associated with this Statement of Work to established LynuxWorks' ISO 9001 practices and procedures.
Software Quality Assurance. LM Business Unit shall establish and maintain, as part of the quality system, a Software Quality Assurance program, acceptable to LM Aeronautics for both deliverable and non-deliverable software products in accordance with Appendix Q6R. .
Software Quality Assurance. The Provider’s responsibilities include the following:
1. Develop and document quality assurance processes and procedures for the delivery of development and maintenance Services.
2. Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures. Amendment I (September 11, 2012)
3. Maintain Provider Supported Software quality consistent with industry standards for well-managed IT service providers and, at a minimum, equal or better than the Company’s industry peer group.
4. Identify best practices and inform the Company of results.
5. Set baselines for quality measurement in all development and maintenance environments.
6. Implement and manage quality assurance processes and procedures for the delivery of the development and maintenance Services, including processes to measure effort, size, schedule, and quality.
7. Perform quality assurance reviews and provide the Company with the results.
Software Quality Assurance. Developer shall develop all software associated with this Statement of Work to established Developer's practices and procedures.
Software Quality Assurance. Seller shall establish and maintain, as part of the quality system, a Software Quality Assurance program, acceptable to LM Aeronautics for both deliverable and non-deliverable software products in accordance with Appendix Q6R.
Software Quality Assurance a. The term Software as used in this clause includes, but is not limited to, computer programs, including firmware, data related to these programs, associated documentation and all associated support and control activities.
b. Supplier shall test the Software prior to shipment to Customer or incorporation into a hardware system in accordance with quality assurance procedures developed by the Supplier and reviewed and accepted by the Customer.
c. Under an Order or in contemplation of an Order, Supplier shall grant to Customer or Customer's authorized agent the right to perform a Software quality program analysis of Supplier' s Software development and support processes.
d. Customer or Customer's authorized agent may monitor the process by which the Supplier controls the quality of the Software by means of periodic on-site analysis and verification. If problems or deficiencies are noted insofar as the Supplier's adherence to its own quality assurance procedures, the Customer may require the Supplier to formulate a corrective action plan and submit it to Customer for review and acceptance.
