The Activities. 2.1. The Activities to be delivered under this Funding Agreement are the Learning Programmes as set out in the Appendices and Annexes to this Schedule. The detailed requirements in respect of each Learning Programme are set out in the Annexes to this schedule and/or the Funding Guidance for 2015 to 16 xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/16-to-19-education-funding-guidance as amended from time to time by THE EFA and which form part of the terms and conditions of this Funding Agreement.
The Activities. The Group and the Company shall perform the activities in accordance with the Scope of Work, Exhibit A, for the clinical trial E2112 (EA1122) “A Randomized Phase III Trial of Endocrine Therapy plus Entinostat/Placebo in Post-menopausal Patients with Hormone Receptor-Positive Advanced Breast Cancer” (the “Study”). The principal investigator (the “Principal Investigator”) for the Group is Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, M.D., assisted by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, MB, BCh., the study chair (“Study Chair”) for the Protocol. The Group shall use reasonable efforts to carry out the Study as set forth in the current clinical trial protocol for the Study (the “Protocol”) and in accordance with this Agreement.
The Activities. 2.1 The maximum value as shown in Appendix 1 – Payment Schedule may not be exceeded for any reason except by an agreed variation in writing to the Funding Agreement. THE EFA will not be liable to make any payment in excess of the maximum values set out in Appendix 1 – Payment Schedule or as varied in writing. Where the Funding Agreement period is longer than one year, funding for subsequent years is subject to funds being made available to THE EFA.
2.2 The Activities are to be provided in accordance with any specific requirements submitted by THE NMSS and the Appendices and Annexes to this Schedule which sets out the activity and/or scheduled payment profiles for the Activities agreed by the Parties, which all form part of the terms and conditions of the Funding Agreement.
2.3 THE NMSS agrees to deliver learning to the number of pupil and students detailed in the Appendices, which shall have the same total number of pupil and students. For the avoidance of doubt the overall maximum value shown at Appendix 1 may not be exceeded and should the calculated value of the volumes provided exceed the maximum Funding Agreement value then THE EFA is under no obligation to provide any additional funding.
2.4 Where THE EFA identifies that THE NMSS is failing to deliver learning to the volume of pupil and students for any Learning Programme set out in Appendices of Schedule 1 of this Funding Agreement it reserves the right in its absolute discretion to reduce the overall maximum value for that Learning Programme.

The Activities. 2.1 There are no onerous Activities on our tours however a reasonable level of fitness is required for your own enjoyment. You should for example be able to carry your own baggage where necessary to do so. If you have any doubts about your physical and/or mental condition please consult your medical practitioner before signing this document.
2.2 There will be a Briefing at the start of the tour and as necessary throughout to ensure you are aware of the prevailing risks at each Location.
The Activities. 1.1 The volunteer will contribute to the organization starting from …..(date). The volunteer role is: ……………………..

The Activities. You may participate, in person or online, in fitness and exercise classes, sessions, programs, workshops and more with Body by Xxxxxx. We offer various levels of Energetic and Uplifting fitness, including weightlifting, HIIT, barre, and functional movement, all of which may involve but are not limited to the following (“Activities”):
2.1. Strength and fitness training, core exercises, high intensity exercises, flexibility training, body weight exercises, locomotor movements, stretching and resistance exercises, strength exercises, mobility, range of motion exercises, breathing exercises. The constant in all of these classes is that the Activities involve moving in full ranges of motion, strength training, and fitness training. The Activities may involve receiving adjustments from trainers, so please advise in advance if you do not want adjustments.
2.2. The Activities also apply to any classes made available for online streaming and participation, both live or recorded, or that take place outside of Body by Lauren’s facilities, including outdoors. We need you to acknowledge that you are responsible for the safe facilitation of the Activities happening outside of our facilities.
The Activities. Bounce Empire operates a bounce house and adventure park, which offers (a) the opportunity to participate actively or passively, in bounce house and adventure park related activities, including, but not limited to, jumping, tumbling, and other miscellaneous bounce house and adventure activities events and programs, and
The Activities. All activities associated with the YOGA & MEDITATION, including but not limited to various levels of yoga, all of which may involve but are not limited to the following ("Activities" ):
2.1 Stretching and flexibility training in the form of yoga poses, body weight and strength exercises, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation. The constant in all of these classes is that the activities involve stretching and performing yoga poses.
2.2 The Activities performed as part of our sessions include self-practice hours/sessions that may be unsupervised, and therefore we need you to acknowledge that you practice at your own risk.
The Activities. You are going to be participating in dancing classes, workshops, sessions and events with us either online or in-person or both. We are so excited to provide all levels of dance classes, all of which may involve but are not limited to the following (“Activities”):
2.1. Individual dancing, or dancing with a partner, or in a group, high-intensity aerobic activity, flexibility exercises, muscle-strengthening activities, jumping, twisting, balancing, and pretty much anything else dance related!
2.2. The Activities also apply to any classes made available for online streaming and participation, both live or recorded, or that take place outside of Academy of Dance Arts, including outdoors or your home. We need you to acknowledge that you are responsible for the safe facilitation of the Activities happening outside of the Academy of Dance Arts.
