Software Registration. Licensor shall provide Licensee a registry key for each copy of the Software sublicensed by Licensee to an End User. The software shall be activated by the End User through the software registration process on the Licensor’s web site and shall include the End User’s acceptance of the Licensor’s End User License Agreement.
