Common use of Soil or Waste Clause in Contracts

Soil or Waste. Lessee will not store, treat, deposit, place, or dispose of treated or contaminated soil, industry by-products, or any other form of waste on the Premises, without the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent may be granted or denied in Lxxxxx’s sole discretion.
