Common use of Soil Reports Clause in Contracts

Soil Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received and approved a soil composition and test boring report with respect to the Land, which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and upon which the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely, made within thirty (30) days of the Closing Date of this Agreement by a licensed professional engineer satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received and approved a soil composition and test boring report with respect and a foundation report satisfactory to Administrative Agent regarding the Land, which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and upon which the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely, made within thirty (30) days of prior to the Closing Date date of this Agreement Agreement, by a licensed professional engineer satisfactory to the Administrative AgentLenders.
