Common use of Sold Interests Clause in Contracts

Sold Interests. On the Closing Date, each Seller shall sell, convey, transfer and assign (the “Sale”) all rights in, to and under the Sold Entity, including without limitation, all rights in, to and under the limited liability company interests (collectively, the “Sold Interests”) in the Sold Entity, owned or held or permitted to acquire by such Seller, in each case, to Gadsden Realty Investments, in exchange for the Transaction Shares to be issued to such Seller.
