Sole and Entire Agreement. Section 1: The parties agree that they have negotiated fully with respect to all mandatory subjects of bargaining and that this Agreement constitutes the parties' complete and final understanding, except for Letters of Understanding attached to this Agreement or such additional Letters as the parties may sign. Section 2: The CITY and the UNION agree that each shall pay one-half the cost of printing this Agreement.
