Common use of Sole and Entire Clause in Contracts

Sole and Entire. AgreementSole and Entire Agreement ---------------------------- This Agreement, and a Delivery and Discrepancy Procedures Agreement of even date herewith, are the sole and entire agreements between the Lessor and the Lessee in relation to the leasing of the Aircraft, and supersede all previous agreements in relation to that leasing. The terms and conditions of this Agreement can only be varied by an instrument in writing executed by both parties or by their duly authorized representatives.
