Sole and Entire. AgreementSole and Entire Agreement ---------------------------- This Agreement, and a Delivery and Discrepancy Procedures Agreement of even date herewith, are the sole and entire agreements between the Lessor and the Lessee in relation to the leasing of the Aircraft, and supersede all previous agreements in relation to that leasing.
