Sole and Exclusive Rights. 1. The rights and privileges enumerated in this article shall not be extended to any teacher organization except the CCEA and its affiliates, the NEA, OEA, and the NCOEA. 2. The Board and administration agree not to recognize any teachers’ organization other than the CCEA with regard to items of business that would be germane to the CCEAs role as the bargaining unit representative(s).
