Common use of Sole and Only Agreement Clause in Contracts

Sole and Only Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein and contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties regarding said matters. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises or agreements, orally or in writing, have been made by any party or anyone acting on behalf of any party which are not embodied in this Agreement and no other agreement, statement or promise shall be valid or binding.
