Common use of Sole and Only Agreement Clause in Contracts

Sole and Only Agreement. This Agreement and its exhibits and the instruments executed in connection therewith constitute the sole and only agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreements between the parties respecting the within subject matter.
