Nothing in this Agreement or the Warrant Certificates, expressed or implied, will give or be construed to give to any Person other than the parties hereto and the Warrantholders, as the case may be, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Agreement or the Warrant Certificates, or under any covenant or provision herein or therein contained, all such covenants and provisions being for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and the Warrantholders.
