Sole Compensation. Employee shall not be entitled to any other compensation from the Company than as set forth in Article II hereof as a result of termination of Employee's employment.
Sole Compensation. The Company shall pay the Direct Selling Agent a commission at such rate as may be communicated by the Company in writing to the Direct Selling Agent, for whole or part of the services hereto, based on the Maximum Retailing Price of the product as fixed by the company on every new order. This commission will be subjected to the relevant taxes as applicable. The Company reserves its right to revise the rate of commission from time to time and the same shall be intimated to the Direct Selling Agent in writing by the Company.
Sole Compensation. Other than as provided for in this Article III, Employee shall not be entitled to any other compensation or benefits.

Sole Compensation. The foregoing amount will be the sole amount of compensation due to Developer from QUALCOMM in connection with BREW Applications submitted by Developer. No fees will be due Developer when a Carrier includes a BREW Application in the Carrier Catalog.

Sole Compensation. The Financial Agent shall solely be compensated for its performance of its obligations under this FAA as set forth above. The Financial Agent shall not be entitled to any other form of compensation or reimbursement for the performance of its obligations under this FAA. These guidelines are effective December 1, 2017. The Treasury will review these guidelines regularly and will issue updates as needed.
Sole Compensation. Rep's sole compensation under the terms of this Agreement shall be a commission computed as follows: 30% of the final sale price. Ongoing account revenues will be paid quarterly at 30% commission rate to account Rep, so long as Rep is actively managing the account, and is retained by the Company, during that fiscal quarter.
