SOLE DUTY OF CUSTODIAN. Custodian’s sole obligation with respect to the redemption of Shares of the Company and the payment of dividends and other distributions thereon shall be its obligation set forth in Section 4.1 above, and Custodian shall not be required to make any payments to the various holders from time to time of Shares of the Company nor shall Custodian be responsible for the payment or distribution by the Company, or any agent designated in Proper Instructions given pursuant to Section 4.1 above, of any amount paid by Custodian to the account of the Company or such agent in accordance with such Proper Instructions.
