Sole Global Coordinator. The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of Huatai as the Sole Global Coordinator of the Global Offering, and Huatai, relying on the Warranties and subject as hereinafter mentioned, hereby confirms and acknowledges its acceptance of such appointment.
Sole Global Coordinator. The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of HT as the sole global coordinator of the Global Offering, and HT, relying on the Warranties and subject as hereinafter mentioned, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ confirms and acknowledges its acceptance of such appointment.
