Sole Obligations of the Custodian. The Client understands and agrees that (i) the obligations and duties of the Custodian will be performed only by the Custodian and are not obligations or duties of any other of the Client with respect to the Custodian extend only to such Custodian and, except as provided by law, do not extend to any other member of the Citigroup Organization. For the avoidance of doubt, none of the foregoing shall limit Custodian’s primary liability for its delegates as set forth in Section 8(A)(i).
