Sole Ownership. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Party shall own any Inventions made solely by its own employees, agents, or independent contractors or its Affiliate’s or sublicensees’ employees, agents, or independent contractors in the course of conducting its activities under this Agreement, together with all intellectual property rights therein.
