Common use of Sole Paragraph Clause in Contracts

Sole Paragraph. Anatel may determine the alteration of implementation, expansion and modernization goals of the service, abiding by the right of the Concessionaire not to be compelled to bear non recoverable additional costs with the income resulting from the compliance with these goals by means of the efficient exploration of the service.

Sole Paragraph. Anatel may determine any changes to the alteration of service implementation, expansion and modernization goals of targets, subject to the service, abiding by the Concessionaire’s right of the Concessionaire not to be compelled obliged to bear non recoverable any additional costs not recoverable with the income resulting revenues arising from the compliance with meeting these goals targets by means of the efficient exploration of the serviceservice exploitation.
