Common use of Sole purpose of the Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Sole purpose of the Service Provider. The Service Provider having been set up for the sole purpose of exercising the rights and benefits and for complying with and performing its duties, obligations, responsibilities and liabilities under this Agreement, the Service Provider and / or any of its subsidiaries shall not, except with the prior written consent of the Authority, become directly or indirectly engaged, concerned or interested in any business, other than as may be expressly envisaged herein.
