Sole Representations and Warranties. (a) Except for the representations and warranties contained in this Article III, none of the Company, any advisor to any person referred to in this paragraph (a) or any other person makes any express or implied representation or warranty on behalf of the Company, and the Company hereby disclaims any such representation or warranty whether by the Company, any of its respective Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives of any person referred to in this subparagraph (a) or by any other person.
