Common use of Sole Right to Claims Clause in Contracts

Sole Right to Claims. Xxxxx represents and warrants that no other person had or has any interest in the claims referred to in this Agreement; that she has the sole right and exclusive authority to execute this Agreement; and that she has not sold, assigned, transferred, conveyed or otherwise disposed of any claim or demand relating to any matter covered by this Agreement.
