Common use of Sole Separation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Sole Separation Benefit. Employee agrees that the benefits provided by this Agreement are not required under the Company’s normal policies and procedures and are provided solely in connection with this Agreement. Employee further acknowledges and agrees that the payments referenced in this Agreement constitute adequate and valuable consideration, in and of themselves, for the promises contained in this Agreement.

Sole Separation Benefit. Employee agrees that the benefits payments provided by this Agreement are not required under the Company’s normal policies and procedures and are provided as a severance solely in connection with this Agreement and the Employment Agreement. Employee further acknowledges and agrees that the payments referenced in this Agreement constitute adequate and valuable consideration, in and of themselves, for the promises contained in this Agreement.

Employee agrees that the benefits provided by this Agreement subsections (c) and (d) above are not required under the Company’s normal policies and procedures and are provided solely in connection with this Agreement. Employee further acknowledges and agrees that the payments referenced in this Agreement constitute adequate and valuable consideration, in and of themselves, for the promises contained in this Agreement.
