Solely for the Benefit of Lender. The rights and remedies of the Lender specified herein are for the sole and exclusive benefit, use and protection of the Lender, and the Lender is entitled, but shall have no duty or obligation to the Borrower or any other Person or otherwise, to exercise or to refrain from exercising any right or remedy reserved to the Lender hereunder or under any of the other Related Documents.
