Solely Owned Collaboration Patents. GSK or ChemoCentryx, as the case may be, shall control the Prosecution and Maintenance of Collaboration Patents claiming any Collaboration Know-How owned solely by such Party in accordance with Section 8.1.2, in each case at its own cost and using counsel of its choice and in such countries as such Party determines is appropriate, in accordance with Section 8.2.4, as applicable.
