The 'Solicit Applications' clause authorizes a party, typically an organization or entity, to invite and collect applications from interested individuals or groups for a specific purpose, such as employment, grants, or program participation. This clause outlines the process by which applications are to be submitted, including deadlines, required materials, and eligibility criteria. Its core practical function is to establish a formal and transparent method for gathering and evaluating candidates, ensuring fairness and consistency in the selection process.
Solicit Applications. The Employer shall offer the opportunity to Mates with Masters Licenses. The twenty-five (25) most senior applicants based upon Masters’ list seniority shall move on in this process.
