Solicit Personnel. Solicit or influence or attempt to influence any of the Company’s employees, consultants or other service providers to terminate or otherwise cease his, her or its employment, consulting or service relationships with the Company or to become an employee, consultant or service provider of any competitor of the Company.
Solicit Personnel. Solicit, employ or influence or attempt to ----------------- influence any person employed by the Company to terminate or otherwise cease his employment with the Company or become an employee of any competitor of the Company; provided, however, that this provision shall not prohibit Executive from engaging in general public solicitations not targeted at any specific officer or employee of the Company. This Section 8(c) is to be read in conjunction with the Confidentiality Agreement executed by Executive.
Solicit Personnel. Solicit any employee of the Company for employment by anyone other than the Company. For purposes of this Section, the term "solicit" shall not include the following activities by Employee: (i) advertising for employment in ANY BULLETIN BOARD (INCLUDING ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARDS), NEWSPAPER, trade journal, or other publication available for general distribution to the public; (ii) participation in any hiring fair or similar event open to the public not targeted at the Company's employees, (iii) use of recruiting or employee search firms that have been instructed by Employee not to target any such employee, and (iv) negotiating with and/or offering employment to any such employee who initially contact Employee or one of its affiliates or who engages in discussions with Employee or one of its affiliates as a result of any of the activities included in clauses (i)-(iii). Employee may employ any such employee provided that neither it nor any of its affiliates has solicited such employee in contravention of this Section 9.3

During the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, solicit or influence or attempt to influence any person then employed by the Company to terminate or otherwise cease his employment with the Company or become an employee of any competitor of the Company, although this provision shall not prohibit Employee from conducting general solicitations for employment through newspaper advertisements, job postings on website(s) and other such general, non-targeted means of solicitation. This Section 9(c) is to be read in conjunction with Section 6 of the Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement executed by Employee.

During the term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months thereafter, solicit or influence or attempt to influence any person employed by the Company to terminate or otherwise cease his employment with the Company or become an employee of any competitor of the Company.
