Common use of Solicit Personnel Clause in Contracts

Solicit Personnel. Solicit, employ or influence or attempt to ----------------- influence any person employed by the Company to terminate or otherwise cease his employment with the Company or become an employee of any competitor of the Company; provided, however, that this provision shall not prohibit Executive from engaging in general public solicitations not targeted at any specific officer or employee of the Company.
