Solicitation for Employment. While he is receiving payments from the Company under this Agreement or under the MCA, and for a period of six months thereafter, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, employ, solicit for employment, or advise or recommend to any other person that they employ or solicit for employment, any person employed at the time by the Company or any of its subsidiaries for the purpose of competing with the Company in such manner as is described in Subsection (a) of this Section 8.
