Common use of Solicitation of Company Customers Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Company Customers. In the event that Employee, prior to full settlement of the Performance Share Units, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicits any actual or prospective customers of the Company with whom Employee had Material Contact for the purpose of selling any products or services which compete with the Business of the Company.

Solicitation of Company Customers. In the event that Employee, prior to full settlement of the Performance Share Performance-Based Restricted Stock Units, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicits any actual or prospective customers of the Company with whom Employee had Material Contact for the purpose of selling any products or services which compete with the Business of the Company.
