Common use of Solicitation of Company Customers Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Company Customers. Upon termination of Employee's employment with the Company under this Agreement, with or without cause, by either the Company or Employee, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, at any time within the Period, solicit any entity that was a customer of the Company at any time within the two year period before the date of such termination to perform services or supply products for such customer of a similar nature to those services performed or products provided by the Company to such customer during the term of such employment under this Agreement.

Upon expiration of this Agreement or termination of Employee's employment with the Company under this Agreement, with or without cause, by either the Company or Employee, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, at any time within one year after the Perioddate of such termination, solicit any entity that that, to Employee's knowledge, was a customer of the Company at any time or its subsidiaries within the two year period before the date of such termination termination, to perform services or supply products for such customer of a similar nature to those services performed or products provided by the Company or its subsidiaries to such customer during the term of such employment under this Agreement.
