Solicitation of Company Employees. Unless waived in writing by the Company, the Employee further agrees that he will not, directly or indirectly, during the course of employment and for two (2) years after termination of his employment, solicit or attempt to entice away from the Company or its affiliates any director, agent or employee of the Company or its affiliates.
